More Site Services have successfully completed extensive works and refurbishment to Maplesden Block Hadlow College.
Using our own scaffolding team and equipment for access to the roof area measuring 1074 square metres, we removed old roofing, disposed of, and replaced with liquid applied roofing which holds a 25-year guarantee.
The works inside comprised of a one-story building of classrooms and student toilets, storage, and staff areas.
Other areas refurbished in this area included new windows and suspended ceilings throughout, the whole area painted and decorated to specifications of the college. We also installed a completely new heating system and boiler, fire alarm cables and smoke detectors.
